A Night in Lubbock

Day 14 – 10/20/2022

Today are headed to Lubbock, Texas. There was no real purpose to stay in Lubbock other than it is closer to home so we can get home the next day without a very long drive. We didn’t take any pictures or videos as we did nothing here. We checked into the room and checked out the next morning to head home.

We stayed the night at La Quinta in Lubbock and it was actually surprisingly nice. We got a room on the first floor so it was easy in and easy out. The room was pretty large and quite nice. Surprisingly it was nicer than the room we stayed at the Omni in New Orleans. This hotel is a 2 star hotel and the Omni in New Orleans was a 4 star hotel. I’m  not sure how those ratings are made but someone clearly has them wrong.
